Detailed Product Description

    D(T)Z Three-Phase DC Projection Welder is a new type of machine, where Secondary current is rectified on the output of the Three-Phase transformer.

The Welder main features are as follow:

• Direct Current in the secondary loop minimizes inductance losses vs. those of Single Phase AC Machines.
• Direct Current (DC) is more efficient than AC current where current changes its value within a cycle from 0 to Max Amplitude. As a result, DC machine can provide steady heat input into welded material, minimizing sparks, achieving better penetration in multi-layer weldments.
• Balanced Three-Phase input improves load on the primary power system and improves power factor.
• Direct current makes it possible to weld aluminum and aluminum alloys.
