Automatic TIG circumferential seam welding machines are available in two types: vertical and horizontal.

Welded material is steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper alloys, titanium.

Welded parts are petroleum and chemical containers, pipe flanges, mufflers, kitchenware, etc.

Special rotary connectors are used to avoid wear of the welding cables and hoses and eliminate influence on stability of rotation, as a result, achieving constant velocity.

Rotation is usually .2-.6RPM but can be changed to accommodate various diameters of the customer parts.

Machines can be equipped with special custom fixtures to hold the parts during welding as well as with automatic feed of the cold filler wire.

Welding power supply is equipped with extra features such as slope current increase at the arc start and crater fill at the end, as well as with pulsating functions.
